This was one of the few Illusione cigars that I have not tried. Every Illusione (Up until now) has been superb. This cigar was very one dimensional, medium-bodied. It tasted very young like it needed some more age or something. Very little spice and pepper, VERY LITTLE. I could not wait for this cigar to end. It left a bad, sour-like taste in my mouth.
The cigar was a very big disappointment.
I love the illusione and haven’t had one I didn’t like. Although I’m not a lancero fan, I did enjoy the hl. I think you need to give this one another try and report back – sounds like you got a bum stick.
