This line was introduced to the U. S. market in January 2007 as a limited edition release, and was manufactured at Tabacalera Cubana in Esteli, Nicaragua. A little history…. Los Imperialistas Cigars is a brand owned by Jesse Wills of Atlanta, Georgia.  Jesse has had cigars made for him by Jose “Pepin” Garcia since 2003, when cigar smokers didn’t know who Don “Pepin” Garcia was.
