This line was introduced to the U. S. market in January 2007 as a limited edition release, and was manufactured at Tabacalera Cubana in Esteli, Nicaragua. It was blended by Pepin and has been discontinued for quite some time now.
The newer Troya cigars are not blended by Pepin.
